I’ve always been captivated by the human experience. I often catch myself feeling future nostalgia—a subtle awareness that, even as a moment unfolds, I already know I’ll miss it one day. Photography is my way of getting to document history as it happens. My background in art & psychology work alongside my natural observance to help me notice those small moments that are easily missed. Being a photographer to me is about preserving emotion, honoring the realness of life, and creating something beautiful to share with the world.

I FEEL THE ACT OF FALLING IN LOVE IS ONE OF LIFE'S GREATEST ART FORMS
Originally from Indiana, my own love story brought me to San Diego, where I’ve been based for the past six years. Before I started documenting memories for others, I completed a degree in Human Psychology with a minor in Art—because people and their stories have always been at the center of my curiosity.
I grew up constantly seeking creative outlets and finding meaning in the why behind who people are. I love getting the opportunity to hear my couples stories and see how they love each other. A hopeless romantic, I'm a sucker for love in all its forms from romantic, to familial.
Much of my personal life is spent loving on my 2 year old son, escaping into a novel, or laughing with my husband and friends. I appreciate the emotional depth of a moment, but I also believe in a sprinkle of comic relief. Internally, I’m deeply sentimental; outwardly, I’m pretty lighthearted. I believe in not taking things too seriously—and finding humor wherever we can.
